EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
TIME EXCHANGE / RETURN15 days from the date of purchase (buy directly at the showroom) and from the date of receipt (buy online).
TYPE OF PRODUCTSAll full price products apply.
CONDITION OF PRODUCTS– Unused, unworn, unworn labels.
– Comes with an intact purchase invoice.
– In case of exchange but no invoice, please contact hotline (84) 34 9119315 for detailed support.

– Change 01 time according to the policy.
– The value of products exchanged/returned is calculated according to the unit price on the purchase invoice.
– Only accept product returns and cash refunds for defective products

+) Jewelry: Broken latch, change color, not intact,…
+) Bag: Damaged zipper, peeling, blistering skin, damaged zipper buckle, broken strap,
glue peeling, missing bag pins,…
+) Glasses: Dropped lenses, broken frames, chipped screws, scratches on glass surface details,…
FORMALITY
EXCHANGE / RETURN
Exchange with the same product code: only change the size or color.
Change product code: calculated according to the value at the time of exchange. When the value of the new
product at the time of exchange is greater than the value of the old product (based on the value on the payment
invoice), the customer will make up for the difference.
CASE OF DISCLAIMER EXCHANGE / RETURN
– Delivery time is more than 15 days.
– Labels and barcodes are not intact.
– The product has been modified, used (dirty, torn, damaged, torn, faded, has a bad smell, unusual chemical smell) or is defective due to external influences after purchase, or accessories/ attached parts of the product are no longer complete/ damaged.
– The product does not have the original of the purchase invoice.
PROCEDURE EXCHANGE / RETURN
BUY AT SHOWROOM– Exchange directly at the showroom purchased.
– Contact showroom for detailed instructions.
BUY ONLINE– Contact hotline (84) 34 9119315 for detailed instructions.
– Pack products with invoices and accompanying gifts (if any) and send them back to the showroom address.
BUY AT MARKETPLACE– Apply according to Marketplace’s policy.
